Initial enquiries
INHE requests only the basic contact and service-context information needed to assess whether an enquiry may be accepted. Please do not send sensitive medical details in the initial contact form.
No live web submission in this version
This demonstration site contains no enquiry database or connected form service. The form creates a draft in the visitor's own email application. Nothing is transmitted from the page until the visitor intentionally sends that email.
Medical documentation
If health-related documentation is required for an agreed assignment, INHE must establish appropriate consent, a suitable secure communication process, clear purpose and limited access before obtaining or sharing it. The published policy must be reviewed and finalised for the actual operating entity and systems.
Providers and confidentiality
Third-party hospitals, interpreters and other services may act as separate data controllers or processors under applicable rules. Their privacy practices and consents need to be assessed separately.
Website analytics and cookies
This static version does not add trackers, marketing pixels or cookie-based analytics. Any future analytics or advertising technology requires a privacy and consent review before installation.
