01 / WHY OUR ROLE EXISTS
China has established hospitals, advanced medical equipment and specialist clinical teams. Finding the right point of entry and getting a multi-step international visit organised can still be difficult, particularly when medical institutions, families and travel arrangements overlap.
We research institutions across China, with particular familiarity with the health screening environment in Guangzhou and the clinical and innovation landscape of Hainan's Boao Lecheng zone. We distinguish between established medical services, specially authorised access routes and research programmes.
We review the institution's publicly stated expertise, international-patient process, language support, practical arrangements and suitability for an enquiry. The receiving medical team determines clinical appropriateness and access. Any formal provider relationship is disclosed where applicable.
We bring structure to communications involving multiple parties, different languages, appointment requirements, document preparation, local scheduling and approved third-party support. Clients have one responsible contact for the agreed non-clinical scope.
We start by understanding your needs and defining the work involved. We are not selling one fixed hospital package. Coordination fees, medical charges and third-party costs are explained separately, and relevant conflicts are disclosed.

INHE China was founded by Sunny, whose background combines years of life overseas, formal study in international relations and management, and experience coordinating cross-cultural projects.
The practice is now focused on helping overseas individuals and families navigate healthcare-related enquiries in China. Our strength is practical judgement, communication and cross-border follow-through, not providing medical diagnoses or replacing hospital specialists.
Where appropriate, we involve qualified third-party professionals and healthcare institutions within a clearly agreed scope.
